1. How long is shipping?

 All tracking numbers are emailed once they are assigned please check your inbox and spam folder.

5. Are your wigs heat-resistant? Can I style this wig with my hair dryer or hair straightener?

   Yes!

   Our Fiber Blend wigs are heat-resistant up to 400°F / 204°C. We suggest using styling tools in the medium (250-300°F /120-150°C) range to extend the lifespan of your wig.Our Virgin Human Hair wigs are 100% heat friendly. Hair straighteners, Curlers and dryers can be used on them.   Be sure to apply anti-frizz heat protectant serum for maintenance.

12. Can I pick up? Unfortunately, we don't allow store pickups at this time.

13. What’s the difference between a lace frontal wig and a full lace wig? The lace frontal wig is made with a 13x4 frontal. Our full lace wig is made with a 360 frontal making it more versatile.
14. Do you guys color hair? Yes, we can do any color you would like on our virgin human hair collections at an additional cost.

15. What’s the difference between your collections? We have several collections you can click on each collection and read about them or chat us for a quicker response. 

17. How long does your hair last? All collections will last up to a year with proper care our best collections will last longer.

20. Are the knots bleach on your full frontal? The knots do not come bleached, because we have no idea how much bleach to use to match your complexion.

21. Do your frontals or closures come pre plucked? Our frontals or closures do not come pre-plucked, because we have no idea how much hair to pluck to match your natural hair line.
